Helping Individuals Through Information

Information Niagara is dedicated to helping individuals throughout the Niagara region with their information needs.  And our telephone and internet based information and referral services are free!  Connecting people with the service that will best meet their needs is what we do.  We will help anyone looking for anything.

Looking for a free place to use a computer with internet access, word processing, and printing capabilities?  Look no further.  Our St Catharines office has 2 Community Access Program PC's, provided by Industry Canada, that are available to the general public.  Click here for location and hours.  You can also access the St Catharines Community Access Program website by clicking here.

Need Help with Community Connections for Families gives referrals to child care, drop-in centres, programs for youth, parenting support, family recreation, city parks and recreation departments, libraries, YMCA/YWCA, cadets, Boys and Girl Club, financial assistance for recreation, and sports organizations.

Need Help with Counselling and Support Services outlines 
Crisis Intervention Services, community based counselling and mental health services, self-help groups, services for children and youth, and hospital based services.
