Information and Referral Services

Highly trained resource counsellors provide referrals to over 100 calls per day on a wide variety of topics. This service is free and confidential. Our Helpline is available Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm. Calls are welcomed from both individuals and professionals seeking to assist their clients.

Form Filling Services

Each year we fill Income Tax forms for seniors and persons with low incomes. Hundreds of people annually appreciate how our caring professionals assist them by filling forms and clarifying the myriad of information they receive, removing the anxiety associated with such forms. We also help fill many other forms so please contact us for further information or to book an appointment to have a form filled. There is a minimal fee for form filling.
