CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES
Many organizations offer a variety of Crisis Intervention Services to the community, from Distress Lines, to Shelters for abused women.
COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES
Many non-profit and government organizations provide community based counselling and a variety of mental health services to residents of Niagara.
SELF HELP GROUPS
There are self help groups throughout the Niagara Region. Individuals with common concerns meet together to offer each other support. Call Information Niagara at 2-1-1 or 1-800-263-3695 to see if there is a group to meet your needs.
SERVICES FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH
Some organizations offer specialized counselling and mental health services for children and youth.
